This is a permanent project funded by the Region Arts and Culture Council in Portland. I worked with Steve MacDougall and Andrew Greenberg who designed and built solar powered, motion sensored, spot lights that were installed in fourteen locations along the street car line along about a two mile stretch. At night the lights fade on revealing things that already existed in the environment as pedestrians pass by.
