The Wheel

My Dad is really into "The Wheel." He uses it to exercise with every morning. I think he does 100 wheels, which means he sits on his knees on the floor and rolls out forward above the ground with the wheel, touches his chest and rolls back up onto his knees 100 times. He also makes wheels and gives them out for Christmas gifts, etc. He keeps one at his office and when a new client comes in he suggests they give it a try. Most people it turns out can't do the wheel or at least nor very well. And if they can it usually results in extreme pain in the stomach muscles the next day. This gives my dad a psychological advantage over people I think. My family members have all been trained on the wheel from a young age. The little one in this picture was probably given to me when I was about three or something.
